Non-exclusive lease for demos, independent releases, and streaming projects.

What You Receive

Usage Rights

  • Use in one (1) commercially released song, non-exclusive
  • Distribution up to 5,000 total audio/video streams across all platforms
  • Monetized use on one (1) YouTube video, subject to the stream cap above

Ownership & Restrictions

  • Clousebeats retains full ownership and copyright of the underlying instrumental
  • This beat remains available for lease to other artists — this license is non-exclusive
  • Resale, sublicensing, or claiming the beat as your own original production is prohibited
  • Beat may not be used in radio broadcast or for-profit sync licensing under this tier

Mechanical Royalties & Songwriter Split

  • If the finished song generates mechanical royalties (e.g. via streaming platforms), the producer is entitled to a standard songwriter/producer split, typically 50% of the beat's underlying share — to be registered with your PRO and The MLC upon release
